Design Consultation
Qualification is the initial part of the process where all project information is recorded. Client participation is eagerly sought at this point so that we may understand what your expectations will be and how we can achieve them. Qualifying is very important to us in that it lays the proper foundation for a successful project similar to an actual project foundation in the construction process where everything is correct in the beginning to guarantee a successful outcome.
Design is a process. Here is ours:
1) Qualification is the initial part of the process where all project information is recorded.
Ryan will schedule your first meeting where we will go through our project information forms.
2) The Warm Valley team will further the process by meeting with you personally.
The team’s goal is to comprehend your vision of your project. With the aid of our architects and local draftsman you can see the final product as it will be built within your budget. Once the client is satisfied with the design and decides to move forward with a construction agreement, their project moves into project coordination.
3) The project coordinator strives to make the transition from Design to Production go smoothly.
The project coordinator will interact with the clients by helping them to make timely decisions. The coordinator orders material packages, assists clients in ordering special order items, develops realistic schedules, and conducts the preconstruction meeting as the final part of the coordination process. After the pre-construction meeting your project moves from coordination to production.
4) Our professional production department now accepts your project and the work begins.
Our construction manager will now be responsible for management of trade contractors from beginning to completion. Homeowner satisfaction and expectations are assured. Warm Valley Contracting’s mission is to meet or exceed client expectations. Warm Valley Contracting relies on future project referrals from past and present clients.
“We commend Warm Valley Contracting’s commitment to client service, quality work and their ability to provide creative solutions for their projects.”
