» Prior to Construction
  • Pull Permits, and Coordinate Consultants as required;
  • Coordinate all Trades and Labour Contracts including Hydro, Telephone, Cable;
  • Weekly Coordination with your Design professional;
  • Meet with Client to fine tune construction contract details;
  • Carry construction costs, including all home construction and landscaping;
  • Provide bonding for all elements of the project; and
  • With our management services you receive bookkeeping services, draw process, tools, office overhead, tendering, permits, staff wages, and all planning prior to construction, liability and construction insurance, professional fees.
» During Construction
  • Manage Staff, Subtrades, material coordination and all elements of leasehold improvement construction;
  • Schedule inspections;
  • Coordinate all consultant documentation including: substantialletters of completion, Schedule Letters, and final occupancy approvals; and
  • Includes the services of a full time site supervisor, daily trade coordination, site meetings, phone calls, scheduling, take-offs and estimating, run the site in an efficient and professional manner.
» Post Construction
  • Final deficiencies – as per set rate in contract;
  • Submit all warranty related documentation; and
  • Final Meeting with client to present project completion binder.
